FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Yes, you may cancel if you have purchased cancellation insurance when you originally booked (250 SEK per booking). With cancellation insurance you can cancel up to the day before your scheduled arrival. You will then receive the entire amount back minus the cost of the cancellation insurance (250 SEK) and any associated processing fees. If you cancel without having purchased cancellation insurance, it is still possible to get some all of the money returned. Please find more information in our booking terms and conditions.
If you receive an invoice, it must be paid before arrival; otherwise payment must be made on site. The first instalment shall be paid within 10 days and the remainder paid a minimum 40 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 40 days but more than 20 days before arrival, the entire amount must be paid within 10 days of the booking. If you have made a reservation that is within 20 days of your scheduled arrival, payment should be made as soon as possible.
Cabins and mobile homes are available from 15:00 on the day of scheduled arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of scheduled departure (if you have purchased cleaning service then check-out is at 10:30). Sites for camping tents are available from 13:00 on the day of scheduled arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of scheduled departure.
You can book in several different ways: online via our website, through camping.se, by email, or by phone! A service fee of 135 SEK is charged for all telephone and postal bookings. Booking online is free!
