Campground on Lake Vänern with a pool and beach
At Vita Sandars Camping, you’ll stay right on the shores of Lake Vänern with access to a shallow sandy beach. There’s also a small rocky cove where you can swim and relax on the hottest days of summer. Inside the campground, you’ll find a large pool area with a water slide.
Here, you can easily alternate between swimming in Lake Vänern and swimming in the on-site pool, depending on the weather and your mood.

Important Information for Your Stay
- Check-in begins at 1:00 p.m.
- Check-out is by 12:00 p.m.
- A lost gym or shower pass will be replaced for 200 kronor.
- A lost cottage or electricity key will be replaced for 500 kronor.
During pub nights, there may be some noise at the campsites closest to the restaurant.
Services in the Area
Toilet waste is disposed of using CamperClean, which automatically empties and cleans the cassette. You use your CampTrac card, which you receive at check-in, and each disposal costs 20 kronor. Please check on site to make sure your cassette model is compatible with the machine.
The laundry room is located in the large service building in the center of the campground. A wash in the washing machine costs 50 kronor, and a load in the dryer costs 20 kronor. Payment is made with a CampTrac card.

A nice campground with plenty to do for families of all sizes. A nice beach, good bike paths, and a clean restroom facility.

No, but we try to avoid parking RVs on the grassy lots (the light green ones on the map).
It varies somewhat, but we don't have any lots smaller than 80 square meters, and the largest ones are about 120 square meters. Our largest lots are in the 500 range. If you have any further questions, please contact us by email or phone.
