Yes, if you purchase cancellation insurance at the time of booking—there are two options for this:

CANCELLATION PROTECTION (295 SEK per reservation) – with this, you can cancel up until the day before arrival, provided that the reasons for cancellation meet the requirements for using the cancellation protection (more information is available in our booking terms and conditions).

CANCELLATION PROTECTION – MOST SECURE (595 SEK per reservation) – With this option, you can cancel up until 12:00 p.m. on the day before arrival; no reason is required for cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation, the cost of the cancellation protection and any service fee are non-refundable.

Without cancellation protection, no refunds will be issued.

All reservations must be paid for at the time of booking, online via credit card at the time of booking. If you call or email us, we will send you a payment link via text message, which can also be paid by credit card. Until payment is complete, the reservation is only tentative.

Cottages and RVs are available for check-in on the day of arrival after 3:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure (10:30 a.m. if you have paid for final cleaning). Campsites are available for check-in after 1:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m.
